The Role: We are looking for a UX Architect to join our busy and multifaceted Customer Experience Design team in our Leeds or London offices.

You will demonstrate a passion for user-centred design and promote collaboration with other UX, UI, Product, and Development teams to secure consistency across all products.

As a UX Architect, you will employ design thinking practices to work closely with numerous teams to help shape clear, flawless experiences for our customers. You will be required to understand the needs of all areas of the business to build intuitive and consistent solutions within a sophisticated environment!

The role will require consideration for product consistency and player experience across all channels and touchpoints. As a vital member of the UX team, you’ll work closely with other UX Architects, UI designers and UX researchers, responsible for delivering and championing all design solutions.

We are looking for strategic problem solvers who care deeply about details. You will be able to facilitate group sessions and present to partners expertly and clearly. Be happy analysing diverse inputs and find patterns within complexity. You will have a passion for collaboratively crafting useful, usable and fabulous omnichannel experiences with a strong desire to execute standards-based scalable solutions. You love working with others to achieve higher level solutions and well-designed user experiences.

Experienced in working with User Research to help iterate on designs based on evidence gathered directly from users. You will be able to turn this research into meaningful UX roadmap items which are useable, viable and desirable.

You will be required to plan, prioritise and assist with all aspects of UX research. There is a need for you to be a proponent of user-centred design and have experience working with a product team co-creating with internal teams and customers.

Who we’re looking for

You will have previous experience as an in-house UX practitioner being an integral part in the in-house environment. You’ll need to have a comprehensive understanding of user-centred design, while also being an effective communicator and willing teammate.

Experience crafting solutions for all channels (responsive and native) and being proficient in UX/prototyping tools is crucial.

Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams with designers, product manager and developers is a must.

You’ll have a solid knowledge of front-end mobile and web technologies, while also having a real passion for the latest UX tools, processes, and practices.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Experience working in online gaming or other regulated industry and working on products/brands across different geographies and countries is desirable!
