UX Intern

The role: We are looking for a UX Intern to join our busy and dynamic Product Management team in our Leeds office.

Why we need you

As UX Intern you will help support our UX Design team with a number of key activities on various projects. You will be required to schedule participants for UX research and liaise with Execution to send out UX research invites to customers. Whilst also, general activities around usability testing and setting up of remote research studies.

You’ll help with task management in the team backlog, manage libraries of assets and files and competitor benchmarks. There is need for your to also, organise team meetings and coordinate the agenda, as well as, keeping the Confluence space up to date and helping to take notes at workshops. You will also need to help with CX Strategy coordination.

Who we’re looking for

• Current University student studying a HCI, Research or Product Design degree in a 4-year graduate programme requiring a sandwich placement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Microsoft Excel
• Highly motivated self-starter and a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and decision making skills
• Well organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise key projects
• Good presentation abilities

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience working within an office environment and project management skills are desirable.
